@Thabang Windows Tablets Proline Model H102135IW once stuck on boot loop, yes you need to refresh your windows. There are several ways to do this without installing a fresh copy of windows. First is if you know a friend or person who has the same tablet running same operating system 32bit (x86), kindly ask the person to create you a USB recovery drive. These are easy steps to do it, on their tablet, hit search erea and type recovery drive and the recovery system tool will appear and follow the prompts and select a USB drive from disk listed and hit next. This will take couple of hours 1 or 2 to have a recovery system drive. After you done then take the USB to your tablet and insert it to drive port. Power up your tablet while hitting escape key on keyboard to enter bios settings. Change booting options to read from USB flash drive listed under boot options, don't worry about windows boot manager file, it'll be created along the way of installation.
